Description

Vinehall School prepares boys and girls for the top English Boarding and Day Schools, including Eton, Harrow, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Marlborough, Eastbourne, Benenden, Roedean, Wycombe Abbey, Downe House, King’s Canterbury, Brighton College, Battle Abbey. Boarding is available for boys and girls from age 7 years – 13 years old, in the boarding house which has the highest possible rating from the UK Independent Schools Inspectorate. Full boarding in beautiful countryside setting, with 50 acres and superb facilities, including Indoor Swimming Pool, purpose-built Theatre, 9 hole Golf Course, All weather Astroturf Hockey Pitch, Sports Hall, 6 Tennis Courts, Fishing Lake.

Tuition costs

Students: £7225 per term / £21675 per year + EAL teaching fees.

Accommodation

Boarding house during term time at Vinehall but pupils must have guardian in UK for exeat weekends and school holidays. Guardians arranged independently (not by Vinehall).

Features of the local area

English countryside close to historic town of Battle, but just 1 hour from London and international airports (60 minutes to London Gatwick and 90 minutes to London Heathrow). Boarders take part in trips at the weekends to various places of interest, including London, local castles, theme parks, ice skating, cinema. They also enjoy activities in the boarding house, including cooking with the head chef, art and craft projects.
