ERPAC

ERPAC is home to Brisbane’s only dedicated 1,500 seat raked theatre. The event and conference space aims to provide a vibrant, modern and professional destination.

SPORTS CENTRE

The newly re-developed Sport Centre houses a brilliant, large sporting space for more than 54 classes and stands tall at over 20 metres above ground level. Features include change rooms and toilets for home and away teams and referees, offices, a sports hall, 220-person spectator seating and bathrooms, and a weight room/gym overlooking the sports hall.

IAN MCDONALD STEM BUILDING

It towers over buildings, gleams under the sunlight, catches the architectural eye in terms of design and provides a state-of-the-art STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Building for students and staff at Lauries.

The Ian McDonald STEM Building houses more than 638 lessons per fortnight for students and features three levels of state-of-the-art, modern facilities and a design conducive to the academic pursuits of every student. The STEM facility holds 14 multipurpose teaching labs, three experimental POD testing rooms, open workspaces for science educators and lab preparation rooms.

CHAPEL OF ST LAURENCE O'TOOLE

St Laurence O’Toole Chapel is the spiritual centre of the College community and is a place of liturgical celebration and personal prayer. 

The Chapel is the centre of the College’s liturgical and choral music. It is the rehearsal space for choirs, organists and liturgical musicians.

Application process

Applicants must complete an application form, provide two years of satisfactory academic report cards, meet English language proficiency requirements and successfully pass the interview and testing. Applicants can be interviewed and tested for commencement whilst offshore.

Curriculum

St Laurence’s College offers a diverse range of subjects that allow students to participate in learning in a variety of faculties and disciplines that enable both tertiary and vocational entrance pathways. Offering traditional subjects in Mathematics, English, Business and Science in addition to creative areas such as Technologies, the Arts and Physical Education, the College prides itself in the diverse offerings available. In 2014 and 2018 the prestigious College Dux Award was presented to an International student after the student achieved the overall highest academic results in their senior schooling.
